About Me

I am an information technology professional in the Office of Legislative Legal Services of the Colorado General Assembly, a husband to my high school sweetheart, and a father of three rambunctious boys. We presently reside in Northglenn, Colorado.

I was raised in and around Jonesboro, Georgia. Schools attended include Mount Zion Elementary, Adamson Junior High (now a middle school), Mount Zion High School, Georgia Tech, the University of Colorado School of Law (only briefly), and the School of Hard Knocks.

I derive the phrase ‘A Pilgrim on the Road to Nowhere’ from Krazy and Ignatz: Pilgrims on the Road to Nowhere: Komplete Kat Komics, 1920 (Krazy & Ignatz, Vol. 5, 1920) – a comic book that was part of the assigned reading in one of my college literature courses. It is not an homage to shiftlessness but rather a reverent appreciation for the journey of every human being to our ultimate destination.
